How to Cook Crab chilly

Crab Chilly

Ingredients:
1 kg - crab deshelled, cleaned (cut into 2 pieces)
1 - medium size onion
6 - green chillies
1 tsp - whole black pepper
1tbsp - each ginger garlic paste
small bunch - coriander leaves
1 - lemon
2 tbsp - oil
few curry leaves
salt

Method:

1. Clean crab. Apply turmeric powder. Keep aside for sometime.
2. Grind all the ingredients except curry leaves and lemon into a paste (not very fine).
3. Heat oil, fry the masala until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add curry leaves, lime juice and salt.
5. Lastly add crab pieces, mix well, cover and cook for about 5 to 10 min.
6. If you want more spicy you can add more green chillies. Do not add water.
